Full time at downtown Grand Rapids supportive housing rental community. Strong computer, budgeting, human service and organizational skills are key. Bachelor's degree or two or more years related experience and/or training. Tax Credit and/or subsidized housing experience desired. Manages the day-to-day implementation of and compliance with policies, procedures, and programs ensuring well managed and maintained properties, placing emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the residents, environmental health and safety, and quality management by performing the following duties personally or through directly supervised or other staff.
Part-time custodian position. Keeps premises of office, various apartments, and both interior and exterior common areas of rental community in clean and orderly condition.
Full-time for persons with apartment maintenance and repair experience to work with housing communities. Hourly wage plus benefits.
Full-Time position with Permanent Supportive Housing Program. Must have mental health experience, substance abuse knowledge, & ability to advocate for high risk populations & connect with community resources. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required. Computer skills required. Grants management experience preferred.
