Dwelling Place Announces New Housing Community Name

Dwelling Place is announcing a new name for their next housing community. Dwelling Place purchased the former Madison Square Apartments at 500 Hall Street in 2011. Construction started in June, 2011 and will be finished in March, 2012. The new name for this housing community will be Reflections- A Senior Housing Community. Dwelling Place is very excited about being a part of this community!

Construction Updates, January, 2012: Carpet and flooring is going into the apartments. Construction has been painting doors and walls and they are starting to get everything put together!

Construction Updates, November, 2011: New parking lot and side walk has been put in. Cabinets and ceramic flooring are starting to be installed in the apartments.
