At Dwelling Place we manage over 40 commercial spaces. We carefully recruit and select businesses that work well in the neighborhoods we serve and our application process requires the prospective tenant submit a business plan. Home ownership options in Wealthy Heights

Dwelling Place is pleased to unveil plans for two new homes along Donald Street in Wealthy Heights. The homes, located at 301& 305 Donald will offer fresh affordable housing options just off of the bustling Wealthy business corridor.

Art and Artists take over Downtown.

This year Dwelling Place has continued its support of Art.Downtown. by coordinating administrative duties, leveraging sponsor support,  facilitating volunteer involvement and acting as a keystone for promotional activities.  

The event takes place on Friday April 15th 2011. We hope to see our supporters come down and enjoy Heartside one of our dynamic downtown neighborhoods.
