South Division Next to See Resurgence?

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - For a long time, South Division in Grand Rapids has been an area that has seen people and businesses move in only to move out a short time later.

Baker Lofts: Old furniture warehouse reborn as apartments on edge of expanding downtown

Herkimer Apartments Waiting List to Open in July

The waiting list for Herkimer Apartments will be opening in July. Dwelling Place will be hosting an informational meeting about Herkimer Apartments this Friday, June 14 at 2:00PM for any one who is interested in applying for the newly renovated apartments!

Herkimer Apartments Construction Update

The Herkimer Apartments are currently under renovation! Plans include complete renovation of the current building as well as adding an additional building on the West side of the building (currently where the parking lot is). The current Herkimer Apartments has 122 small studio and one bedroom apartments. After the renovation, all of the apartments will be expanded to one bedrooms and between the existing building and the new building, there will be 122 apartments. Construction will be completed by the end of 2013.
