Michigan nonprofits: See where fundraising conditions are best in the state

Organizations on the west side of the state were more likely to meet 2012 fundraising goals and are more enthusiastic about current fundraising conditions, according to survey results recently released by Montgomery Consulting Inc., a Huntington Woods fundraising and economic development consulting firm.

Renovation of Grand Rapids' historic Herkimer Hotel building on S. Division Avenue and construction of two adjacent buildings on Commerce Avenue SW will bring 122 new affordable apartments, retail live/work residences, and office space to the city's south side.
