Downtown Awards Nominate 3 Dwelling Place Locations and Programs!

Dwelling Place is proud to announce that the Downtown Alliance’s Downtown Awards are honoring three places and projects supported by Dwelling Place. Located in our Martineau Apartments, Mexicains Sans Frontieres is nominated for a best kept secret award.
 
Under new renovation the Revision Division/ Road diet is being recognized and while this isn’t a project managed by Dwelling Place our staff, residents and business owners were instrumental in supporting the inception and execution of modifying the South Division Streetscape.
 
Finally in the category making downtown great: events bringing the world to grand rapids we are proud to announce our “The Market presented by Avenue for the Arts” event is being recognized. Produced by a dedicated number of volunteers and interns this event had an astounding year and we are excited it generated a buzz.
