We know that we have a housing crisis in Grand Rapids, and we need more solutions to ensure that local families have access to affordable homeownership. The DP CLT is a solution! Through the DP CLT families have access to affordable, high-quality homes in neighborhoods and communities they live in. This fall we will break ground on 42 single-family homes for sale through the DP CLT.
At the DP CLT Celebration you learn more about the impact of the DP CLT, hear directly from our partners and homeowners, and get a closer look the 42 homes we will build this fall.
The DP CLT Celebration will raise money for the Dwelling Place Homeownership Fund. Currently we have raised $19,000 for this fund and our goal is to reach $25,000. From down payment assistance to homeownership classes to unexpected costs, debt repayment, this fund supports buyers as they go through the process of owning their own home.
