Is this for disabled adults only or for others needing affordable housing? The initial article I read stated Hope Church was looking at housing for disabled adults who currently live with aging parents. This appears it will be only affordable housing, not for disable adults. Please clarify.

Hi Heidi, that you for that question. The simple answer is the development will be both. The total development is 46 (possibly 47) apartments. Of those, 11 apartments will have project-based vouchers through MSHDA’s 811 program, which will reserve those units for households with a disability. The remaining apartments will be strictly affordable in various income ranges at or below 60% of the Area Median Income.
