Dwelling Place is proposing a new affordable housing development across two sites in the Historic District and Washington Square neighborhoods of Holland. This development was initiated through collaboration with Community Action House, a Holland non-profit organization, who sought Dwelling Place’s expertise in creating quality affordable housing.
