Dwelling Place is looking to fill four summer internship positions.
Summer positions focus on resident leadership, community organizing, civic engagement, data management, community arts and neighborhood level capacity building. Our Learning lab interns function as a core part of our staff team working alongside permanent staff, AmeriCorps VISTA Members, and community volunteers.

Positions include:
- Marketing & Outreach – help expand awareness about Dwelling Place community building events and activities.
- Community Arts – Connect residents in low income housing to cultural events and create resident driven community arts classes
- Outcomes & Data Management – Interpret neighborhood survey data and share the findings with residents and organizations in downtown Grand Rapids
- Neighborhood Engagement – Support resident and business owner engagement in neighborhood associations
