Neighborhood Update: Harrison Park & Pine Ave.
Dwelling Place is currently in the process of developing two new properties on the Westside of Grand Rapids. Harrison Park and Pine Ave. will bring a combined 68 two and three-bedroom apartments and town-homes for residents in need of affordable housing.
Wednesday, May 29th 6:00-8:00 pm we invite Westside neighbors to learn more about these future housing communities at West Grand Neighborhood Organization (415 Leonard St. NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504). Dwelling Place will provide an update on project development, projected completion dates, and how the future application process will work. West Grand Neighborhood Organization and Harrison Park Elementary School are community partners in this development and will work to cultivate ways future residents can connect with the Westside Neighborhood.

We have no yet started taking applications for Harrison Park or Pine Ave, as they are both still under construction. As construction starts to wrap up, we will release more information on the application process. Please check back here for the information. We will also send out that information via our newsletter, which you can sign up for via our website.
